Most audits look at followers and reach. This one measures how much of your social media activity ends in an inquiry, and how many of those inquiries end in a sale.

Signs your account is not selling
Lots of reactions and few messagesThe content entertains, but it does not invite people to ask or to book.
Messages that take hours to get a replyThe inquiry goes cold and the person books somewhere else.
A bio that does not say what you sell or how to buyPeople who land on the profile do not know the next step.
Photos of the empty venueThey show the space instead of people enjoying it.
How it is done
Four measurements. All of them come from the account insights and the message inbox.
Which posts bring inquiries
For each post, its stats (reach, saves, shares, profile visits and link taps) are matched with the messages that arrived in the following 48 hours or that mention it. The number that ranks everything is inquiries per 1,000 accounts reached.
Four Casa Aurora poststable
Post Reach Saves Inquiries 48 h Per 1,000
Room view reel 31,200 410 62 2.0
Dinner menu carousel 12,800 380 51 4.0
Empty lobby photo 18,500 40 3 0.2
Behind-the-kitchen reel 44,000 220 18 0.4
Recommendation. The post with the most reach brought few inquiries. The menu carousel brings 20 times more inquiries per reach than the lobby: that format gets repeated and pinned to the top of the profile.
Response time
We take two weeks of messages and measure how long the first reply took for each one and how many went unanswered.
14-day inboxcalculation
Inquiries received 212
Answered in < 5 minutes 38 (18%)
Answered after more than 2 h 97 (46%)
Unanswered 31 (15%)
Median first reply 2 h 40 min
Recommendation. If more than 10% go unanswered, that goes first in the plan. It is solved with clear shifts or with an AI agent that replies in seconds.
Followers versus customers
The account insights show the cities and ages of the followers. They are compared with where the bookings actually come from. If the two groups do not match, the content is talking to the wrong people.
Where each group istable
Origin Followers Bookings
Mexico City 41% 12%
United States 9% 38%
Rest of Mexico 30% 27%
Other countries 20% 23%
Recommendation. Here 38% of bookings come from the United States and there is almost no content in English. We add English posts and ads for that audience.
The profile in five seconds
Anyone who lands on the profile has to understand what it is, where it is and how to book. We review the bio, the link and the story highlights.

Recommendation. The bio link carries UTM parameters. That way you know how many bookings come from the profile.
